STATUTE OF THE “EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP – E.A.P.”

Denomination – Registered Office – Scope – Duration

ART.1. – DENOMINATION – The Association “EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP – E.A.P.” is established.
ART. 2. – REGISTERED OFFICE – The Association “EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION OF THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP – E.A.P.” has its registered office in Milan (MI), Piazza Duse n. 1.
ART. 3. – SCOPE – The Association has non-profit making purposes and has the following scopes:
a) to conduct study and research activities autonomously or upon requests of single clients, regarding themes related to the public-private partnership, intended as any form of cooperation, under any legal title, between public and private subjects;
b) to promote and perform national and international lines of re-search on the themes of the partnership with and/or for the interested subjects -  such as, merely as an example, public administrations, public and private entities;
c) to conduct activities of further and vocational training for the Associates and/or the interested third parties;
d) to develop research projects also by publishing collections of articles or in any case by arranging the publishing of the obtained results;
e) to organize debate initiatives (as a mere example, conferences and/or seminars) for the Associates and/or the interested third parties;
f) to promote the cooperation with other associations, companies and bodies performing an activity related to the above-mentioned area of interest;
g) to promote any other suitable initiative for the pursuit of its scopes.
The Association shall not conduct activities that are different from the ones mentioned above, with the exception of those activities that are directly connected or functional to them (including accessory activities to the institutional and statutory ones).
