New paper by Ladan Afshari, Examination of Public-Private partnership in Energy Efficiency Project by Municipality of Milan, in which international and Italian virtuous policies of PPP aimed at the pursuit of energy efficiency are analysed. Futhermore, the author also analyses and shares the results obtained through a project in PPP carried out by the Municipalty of Milan to seek energy efficiency in the urban areas.
